Whatever hobbies you have you can pretty much find an android application to help you to enjoy the activity more than you could have done before! The apps below are not in any specific order at all, I simply listed them. I will update this page with any other apps that I may come across in the future, or leave a comment at the bottom of the page with any apps that you recommend, thanks.

Cycling 

Strava Cycling is a fantastic application which tracks your ride, and gives you distance, speed and elevation gained, as well as a live map view. You are in constant competition with other riders who also use the Strava app, and see a leaderboard with specific segments.

Running

Strava Run tracks your run, and gives you distance, pace, and elevation gained, as well as a live map view. You are in constant competition with other runners who also use the Strava app, and see a leaderboard with specific segments.

 Swimming

Record My Swim does exactly what it is called! You can log the number of lengths and time taken etc.. And it offers the option of logging in through Facebook where you would be able to compete with your friends.

Piano

Perfect Piano has many useful features including the use to download songs, which it enables you to learn to play. This definitely is a must have to help you to learn piano, or simply get better!

Photography

This is a great photo editor, and a must have application for any android wanabe photographer. The app includes over 600 effects, overlays and borders to help you to get that perfect photo (including red eye reduction, and teeth whiten).

Golf

This is basically an online scorecard which tracks your games, and then shows a graph with your improvements over a period of time. There is also a rangefinder to find the nearest golf place near to your location.

Does your dog ignore you when you call it back give this whistle app a whirl and see if this can get your dog to come back to you!
